DO NOT print to PDFwriter. Print to Distiller. Before you print, check the
distiller settings. Open distiller, go to Settings, Job Options, the Compression
tab. Make sure the quality for all your images is set to Maxium, and play with
the DPI settings. You should be able to find the right combination after a few
tries. A lot depends on the what the screen settings were when the screen
captures were made. Hope this helps.
