Thanks: Screen Capture + Word + PDF = Much Better

Thanks for all the responses, both on and off list. The only way we were
able to produce a PDF with acceptable images in Acrobat 3.0 was to take off
all compression, resulting in a 44 meg file from a 2.5 meg Word document
(165 pages + many images). The "powers-that-be" about had a fit...they were
counting on having this out today for web distribution, and the software
this manual documents is less than 2 megs.

Then we located a personal laptop in the building with Acrobat 4.05a, and
with image compression set to max quality the resulting PDF was only 1.4 meg
and everything looks good.

I've been working on this manual since the end of June, about a week after
starting my first TW job, so it's great to finally have it on its way out
the door.
