Merriam-Webster's 10th can be as close as your personal tool bar on your
web browser.

I called up the word "all" and learned that there are some places where
"of" becomes awkward. When "all" is used in the sense of "every" or
"only," "of" disjoints the thought. They give as an example the
sentence, "All men will go."
