My first thought is that you should check for a website. It might have the
contact information...

In fact, there is a www.x-rite.com for an X-Rite, Incorporated, and there is a
list of contacts there. If this is the correct one, then that is great.

Otherwise, you should contact the book's publisher and try to get the
information from them.
