What occurs to me, however, is this thread reveals some of the most
important job knowledge that was discussed in the recent thread about
interviewing prospective candidates. I like to ask open-ended questions
about topics like this. This thread is full of good fodder for hypothetical
interview questions. Candidates who show they "know the drill" and can
handle this type of thing are strong possibilities in my book no matter what
tools they know or don't know.
