Another of mine is--PLEASE, if you have slides, provide handout copies
(or publish before the conference a URL where they can be found).
It is much easier to follow and take notes if I have a copy of the
slides the speaker is NOT reading but embellishing.
Saying "leave me your business card and I'll send you the PDFs" is
nowhere near as good -- because then I need to take notes in a way
that enables me to correlate the notes to the slides that come later.
