This former art school graduate is now the manager of the tw department at a
start up company. I answered a similar email off another alias I monitor -
I'll pass on the same advice. Content, content, content. My first writing
gig was captioning images for an art history project - that led me to
writing user ed stuff, and after a series of contracts, I'm where I am now.
I did already have computer skills, though, which made all the difference.
I never diss my art school education - creativity does not become obsolete.
