And Sierra replies to Dick:
I would give up chocolate AND my box of dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts for respect from the engineers here at my company. Granted, most of them are very nice and we get along well. But the two I work with most frequently think I'm a ridiculous and unnecessary kid. Treat bribes don't actually work with those two. But that's alright--being young and little and female, I'm going to run into those people all through my life. I just try to do the best job I can.
