Hello All,

I was planning to do a summary after we test embedding Flash into MS
HTML Help, but it might be awhile yet before we get the chance. So let
me tell you what I've learned so far.

Yuko Ishida said yes! you can embed Flash in MS HTML Help. (Thanks
Yuko!)

<snip>

You can embed Flash files in the HTML Help.

<EMBED
src="sample.swf"
width="300"
height="200"
pluginspage="
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash";

>
</EMBED>

Be sure that SWF files are listed in the FILES section
in the project file.

Hope this helps.

Of course, the user has to have Flash installed on their system for the
Flash files to work. We may consider checking the users machine for
Flash and including the Flash installation - if Macromedia allows that -
with the install program so that the user does not have to download it.

I'll post a final note when we try this out.

Cheers!

My opinions may be far out and flakey,
but they are all mine.
