Re: Using FrameMaker AND FrameMaker+SGML?
Is it possible/advisable to use copies of FrameMaker AND FrameMaker+SGML on===========================================================
the same documentation team? Can the two co-exist peacefully? If not, what
issues can occur if these are used together? Logic tells me that it isn't a
good idea to mix them, but with the pricetag on FM+SGML, it makes sense to
check around.
There should be no reason why they would be incompatible.
You can even run both on the same platform (although I can't think of any reason why).
Of course, the ordinary FM licenses can't be used to produce structured docs, but
FM+SGML can be used to produce both structured and unstructured docs.
