Hello

We're using RoboHelp WebHelp3 to
convert our existing documentation
into intranet accessible documentation.

We've though of placing every document
project into one RoboHelp folder so
we can create an index that points
to *all* of our documentation.
Is this possible?

If it is possible, we have
three main concerns about
creating this comprehensive
cross-project index:

1. How much work will it be to
cross index all of our projects?
And will it be difficult to
maintain?

2. Will it confuse users if the
index displays links to
multiple "books" for a single
index term.

3. We think we'll have to pull all
of our html files for each
project into a single RoboHelp
folder to build the index. So
our final concern is - will
RoboHelp crash if we try
to compile all our projects
together to create this
multiple index?

TIA for your comments
Pete (pkleczka -at- yahoo -dot- com)
