Actually, I think it's a great benefit to not need
documentation to use a product. If the product
is intuitive, the developers must have carefully
planned and put a lot of effort into making it
usable.

Maybe you can call the company and tell them
that you want their product to be more difficult to
use, including its own obscure scripting language,
and that you would like them to ship a small library
of manuals with each package and offer free training
seminars and free onsite technical support.
