The problem of finding examples of "senior level technical writing" is that
people who are senior are usually helping others - maybe writing parts of a book
as part of a team, or being project lead, or doing an API document that requires
a lot of research but a heavily preformatted publication, etc. "Senior level"
writing is just plain high-quality writing - clear, easy to read, but for the
right audience, conforming to the styles of the entity paying the writer's
salary, as accurate as could be done under the circumstances (senior writers
also tend to have LOTS of war stories), etc. If they're not helping manage a
team, they're usually serving in a firefighting role, where some impossible task
has to be done in way too little time, with inadequate resources, and with
gargoyles breathing down their necks.

If you find a manual or piece of technical literature online that was
well-written, easy to follow, helpful, and concise, chances are someone who
qualifies as a "senior writer" somewhere had a hand in it.
