Windows operating systems are not capable of natively displaying PostScript
images on screen. Instead, EPS graphics contain a light weight preview image
for display purposes in addition to the actual PostScript code. You can use
the freeware program called GhostScript (and its companion program
GhostScript View) to add a preview image to any EPS file. This program is
capable of working additional wonders as well, including the ability to
convert raw .ps files into EPS graphics. You can obtain GhostScript from http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/ Version 6.01 is currently available. Enjoy.
