Editable?
Updatable?
Unprotected? (Our programmers use protected and unprotected to
distinguish between fields that can be updated by keying and those that
can't.)
You might want to reword it--something like "All fields that can be
updated must have a white background." (I tend to avoid "should"--it
sounds wishy-washy to me.)
