A few suggestions, none perfect:
1. To help resolve issues with Word or find out if others have had exactly
this problem, check out the info at http://support.microsoft.com
2. Instead of converting docs from Word to HTML, convert from Word to RTF or
TXT, then to HTML
3. Standardize your company's employees on a browser that will support
XML-based docs such as IE 4+ or (presumably) Netscape 6 (which is due out in a
month or so)
