stayed away in droves ...
It's a TOUGH business to succeed in, believe me. Don't fall for the Mickey
Rooney/Judy Garland thing ... Just because you have some expertise and a
place doesn't mean you can have a successful and profitable conference ...

Probably, but who's going to do it. Help-U was great, but they're out of
the business now too.

I'd love to do the speaking part, but not the organizing convention part.
I've been involved in the logistics end of conventions before, and it's not
really something I want to get into again.
