Mike McGuire is looking for advice regarding a business writing course.
I think the list has provided quite a bit of good advice.
You might also devote some of your resources to creating many example
documents that could just be edited, templates with lots of boilerplate, and
so forth. This creates a set of controls on the formats and presents samples
at the same time. The benefits of such materials would extend beyond the
persons who have taken the training.
