Team player

At my previous consulting job, the term "Team Player" was only trotted out when people accused you of NOT being one. If you didn't want to do things exactly their way and according to their rules, you weren't a "Team Player."

Bring up an alternative way to do things? "You aren't being a Team Player."

They had a difficult time releasing product. :-)
