I agree. I post for jobs that look interesting, even if the posting lists
requirements that I don't have on my resume. I think of the posting as telling
me about the ideal person for the job. I know I'm not ideal for that position,
but maybe that ideal person isn't answering their ads. If that's true, maybe
they'll interview me.
