Thanks very much to all of you who replied!
The consensus is that it's straightforward, but time-consuming, and that I
should ensure that (1) the hard drive is formatted and (2) I have a floppy
disk with the CD drivers to begin the install.
I will create a summary text file of all the detailed and helpful replies,
and forward it on request.
