There's a neat little shareware program called Sheet Stylist that's worth
the modest price. I've been learning CSS with this nifty little tool.

I don't know where I initially picked it up, but here's the
URL:http://www.sheet.stylist.com/. It might have been WinFiles or someplace
like that.
